How To Set Up Your Google Calendar
We use Google Calendar to Set Up Weekly Schedules & Track Demos. This short video will explain some basics.
Because our schedules vary more than a retail or hourly type position we utilize Google Calendar to make communication between reps and managers about availability quick and easy.
How-To Add a Demo & Invite the Customer in Google Calendar
Complete the Following:
- Title "CUTCO Scholarship Demo w/ Your & Customers Name"
- Set Demo for 1 Hour in Length
- Add Customer's Email Address
- Add Office Email Address cstatvector@gmail.com
- Set a Reminder for 30 minutes prior to demo
- Add Confirmation Message in the Text Box w Proper Time & Date
- Attach a Screenshot of Your Goals Page
